Sakramen is a founder-led digital product studio and technical leadership practice, working with growing companies and global enterprises alike. Founder Tim Park brings more than twenty years of experience in IT strategy and enterprise software development, including work with Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDI, LG Electronics, LG Energy Solution, VIZIO, Warner Music, Sony Music, IKEA, and Target.
Tim scopes each engagement, leads the technical decisions, and stays directly involved through launch. The studio voice reflects the products and companies we operate; it does not hide an account-management layer or a junior delivery team.
We build software the way we wish more software were built: small in scope, quick to reach real users, honest about what it does, and actually finished. But shipping the software is usually the last part of the job. We build the rest of it too — the architecture underneath, the infrastructure it runs on, the operations around it, and the way it reaches the people it's for — the way a founder does, because on our own projects, we are the founders.
We run a portfolio of our own products: PowerSVC, field service software for battery storage, solar, EV and data center infrastructure; NeutralBlock, an education platform running 1,190+ lessons across 20 tracks; ReatChain, a blockchain real estate platform; and KoreanHub and Batumas alongside them. Each one we designed, built, shipped, and still run today. Alongside the portfolio we take on a limited number of consulting engagements, for people who want that same end-to-end standard applied to their own venture.
Running our own companies keeps us honest. Every architecture we recommend, every release pipeline, every call about what to build and what to leave out — those are decisions we live with ourselves, in production, every day. It is a different kind of advice when you are the one carrying the pager.
