Digital product studio & technical leadership

The technical partner you hire before you can hire a team.

MVP development, fractional CTO, and AI integration — for founders and operators who need working software, not a deck and a discovery phase.

Fixed scope and a real number before you commit. You own everything we build.

— What we do

Three ways to work with us.

Named plainly, so you can tell in one line whether it's what you need. If none of them quite fits, ask anyway — we'll point you at the right one.

Also: data pipelines and analytics, internal tooling and process automation, web platforms, and Web3 infrastructure. All services

— How we work

The same four rules, every engagement.

None of this is unusual. It's just rarer than it should be, and it's what most people are actually asking about when they ask how we work.

Small and senior

You work directly with the person building the thing. No account manager in between, no junior team you find out about after signing.

Ship weekly

You see a working deployment every week — the actual thing, running, that you can click through yourself. Not a status report.

You own everything

Code, repositories, cloud accounts, domains: in your name from the first commit. No proprietary framework, nothing to keep paying for.

Straight answers

Including the unprofitable ones. If you don't need us, or don't need us yet, we'll say so instead of selling you a discovery phase.

— Selected work

Things we've shipped.

— Who you work with

The person who scopes your project writes the code.

Sakramen is a founder-led digital product studio and technical leadership practice, working with growing companies and global enterprises alike. Founder Tim Park brings more than twenty years of experience in IT strategy and enterprise software development, including work with Samsung Electronics, Samsung SDI, LG Electronics, LG Energy Solution, VIZIO, Warner Music, Sony Music, IKEA, and Target.

Alongside a limited number of consulting engagements, we run a portfolio of our own products — PowerSVC, NeutralBlock, ReatChain — designed, built, shipped, and still running today.

Running our own companies keeps us honest. Every architecture we recommend, every release pipeline, every call about what to build and what to leave out, we live with ourselves in production. It is a different kind of advice when you are the one carrying the pager.

What that means in practice

  • One senior person, from the first scope call through to launch.
  • You get a written scope and a real number before you commit to anything.
  • Every account, repository, and domain is in your name from day one.
  • If a fixed-scope build isn't what you need, I'll tell you what is.

— FAQ

Questions, answered.

The things people ask before getting in touch.

Tell us what you're building.

A few sentences is enough — what you're building, where it stands today, and what kind of help you're after. We read every message ourselves, reply to every serious inquiry within two business days, and we'll be straight with you about whether we're the right fit.
